What short links created on PerfectLink may and may not be used for.

Prohibited content
Placeholder for layout — have this reviewed before launch. Links must not point to, or be used to distribute:
- Phishing pages or credential harvesting of any kind
- Malware, ransomware or unwanted software
- Content that sexualises minors
- Material that incites violence or hatred
- Fraudulent schemes and deceptive commercial practices
- Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property
Prohibited behaviour
- Bulk unsolicited messaging using PerfectLink URLs
- Disguising a destination in order to mislead the person clicking
- Automated traffic intended to inflate click counts
- Attempting to bypass rate limits or platform safeguards
How this is enforced
Reports are reviewed by a person. Links reported as malware or phishing are paused immediately while that review happens, because an hour of a live phishing link causes more harm than an hour of a wrongly paused one.
Confirmed breaches result in the link being blocked and, for repeated or serious cases, the account being closed.
Reporting a link
Anyone can report a link, with or without an account, through the contact page. Include the full short URL and what you believe is wrong with it.
