Filing a notice
A complete notice generally needs to include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work concerned
- The specific PerfectLink URL you are reporting
- Your contact details
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter notices
If your link was disabled and you believe that was a mistake, you may submit a counter notice containing the equivalent information.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly attract valid notices are closed.
